Returns

1. Eligibility: Only defective items are eligible for return. Returns and exchanges are not supported if customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Please make sure of the correct size and color of desired item(s)
2. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Return Process:
   • Email us at aprilbird2000@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. No Refunds After 30 Days.

Shipping Costs No shipping cost on defective returns.
